Design Director, Brand and Design Systems  | Atlassian, 2022 – Present

  • Lead Atlassian’s digital product storytelling ecosystem across web, events, demos, keynote experiences, and social surfaces, improving narrative consistency and customer understanding through scalable storytelling systems and governance frameworks.

  • Direct the end-to-end demo program lifecycle across TEAM events, WAC, and executive storytelling initiatives, standardizing intake, scoping, production, review, and publishing processes across 150+ assets per cycle.

  • Elevate the quality and consistency of Atlassian’s digital brand expression by defining creative standards, review frameworks, and storytelling systems used across Brand, Product Design, PMM, Growth, and Content Studio teams.

  • Lead creative direction for Tier 1 web experiences including homepage ecosystems, product landing pages, collections, and company-level storytelling initiatives balancing brand ambition with experimentation and technical scalability.

  • Develop and evolve UI pattern libraries, interaction systems, motion frameworks, and component mapping standards that scale across Atlassian’s digital ecosystem.
